simple solution is to switch to europe.(least ping times) or us-east or west..

Switching to europe will give me 200ms which is like 1 sec delay. Need at least 100 ping to play properly bcaz i play with professional players around the world. My average actions per minute is 320 ie my apm is 320 and during battle my action per minute goes to 800 so i do atleast 5 things in a sec .... and playing with lagg delays me badly

No mtnl sucks big time .. they dont understand my problem

I mean MTNL local loop thing where they dont need to understand anything.

i did face same problems during playing games
i dunno much about mtnl
but
you could try changing to different DNS
i changed it to OpenDNS from BSNL's own and i did get some
improvements.
Also try your hand at port forwarding and proper ip, setup in your router!

you could also try lowering some unimportant settings of your game!
