reliance packet loss problem from since last month :(

I am reliance customer from Ludhiana I am using thunder 549 without combo. Since last month i am facing packet loss problem unable to open Google anything takes lot of time sometimes internet works good sometimes good. I have confirmed from local supervisor he told me there is a fault going from Mumbai it might take one month sort out stupid issue Anyone facing stupid problem packet loss
