Cancelling Net Connect Pro connection - Need To know USer Experience

Hi,

I want to know the experiences of those who have disconnected Reliance net connect post paid service. After complaining a lot (even to DoT), my tickets have been closed without resolution. So I have been left with no other option but to disconnect the service. However I have browsed through web and found that Disconnected Reliance Postpaid service is more HELL like feeling than an active connection as they do not cancel the service immediately and even after doing so they keep sending Bills.

Is there anyone who has actually cancelled the service and had a different experience.

Cancellation mail is possible, but visiting a store will be difficult as the stores are far away from where I stay. That's the reason why I had opted for home delivery of the device.

Any idea which is the nearest Reliance Store to Pimple Nilakh Pune?

Check on rcom website for nearest store.

Well had done it before purchasing the device. The nearest store as per the site is more than 15 to 20 KM away from where I stay.
