Support Issues with Spectranet

Today, life without a consistent internet connection is frustrating, I am sure all would agree.

I moved from Delhi to Pune (from Nextra to Spectranet). My Sales experience with Spectranet was awesome, even the implementation was beyond my expectation. SOme Engineer named Suresh did the configurations, while i was busy addressing the packers and movers. Couldn't have expected more.

The Service was great for the first 3 months and then i committed for 6 months, thinking about the Sales, Implementation and first 3 months experience.

Unfortunately from 2nd March the Connectivity is intermittent (and not workable at all) and impacting my business, as we work from home. It worked for a couple of days over the weekend and now the issue is back again, from yesterday. I have been contacting the Service Desk / Call Center and i have been getting commitments, but not a closure.

All i need is a consistent Internet connectivity and I am hopeful that Spectranet looks into this issue ASAP and resolves it once and for all.
 
they have bad support and their network is not stable ,one of the reason I've stayed away from spectra-net even when they have upto 20mbps unlimited plan without FUP which is my ideal plan,all you can do is just write a mail to them if the calls are not answered and raise your voice
 
Why would a company not work on addressing service issues and achieve customer satisfaction? there is no Brand which can survive just on Price... Quality and reliable service is mandatory for brand value...

Not sure why Spectranet is hell bent on delivering bad service quality 🙁

Hope someone is listening and taking notes.
 
there is some spectranet guy nithin on this forum,i don't know whether he is active or not you should message him with your account details
