Tata Sky+ HD Background Recording Not Working

Hi,

I got my Tata Sky connection last week. The live recording of the channel being watched was working till a couple of days back. However, I noticed yesterday that the live recording is not working until and unless I press the record button. Also, there are no issues with recording programs & playing them.

Tata Sky customer support insists on sending a person over, however they cannot send a person over at the times when I get home. Any pointers? It feels like it is just a settings issue.

To record the current watched channel, it is necessary to press the record button once. If pressed a second time, record mode will be cancelled. If in doubt press plan button and check whether the channel is getting recorded.
