Pls try this go to settings ,then go to locations u might have turned it off already ,but Google location services were on on my OnePlus three t even then location is off, I clicked on camera and 0.05 paisa were deducted then I went to location again and turned Google location services off and then clicked a camera again and no deduction . If it work with ur phone then let me know.also one more thing go to settings>data usage >this is already off >then click on its setting key >there open app list > then use wifi only option all done. I called the costumer service and they told me to text "STOP" to 58595. It gives you a confirmation and the messages stop in a bit!
