I recently purchased a airtel connection 2mbps till 30gb , 512kbps after that.
My issue is only the unstable ping , so gaming is a pain.

I am using the Beetel modem 450TC3 which they provided me with

my snr values :
SNR Margin Down Stream - 29.3
SNR Margin Up Stream - 25.0
Up Output Power - 8
Down Output Power - 11.5

I pinged my router : (no fault here)
Pinging 192.168.1.1 with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 192.168.1.1: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=30
Reply from 192.168.1.1: bytes=32 time=1ms TTL=30
Reply from 192.168.1.1: bytes=32 time=1ms TTL=30

There are no virus in my pc and i tried running the ping the tests above in safe mode with networking
I already complained by they said you need static ip for stable pings

Does anyone have any advice ?
Edit : did a adsl test in the router https://i.imgur.com/1udgf2m.png

the trace route is same in both the cases. only difference is ping to the gateway which obviously means the gateway server is overloaded.
