Mach1 doesn't ask for documents at least, they didn't ask me. 5 days into using their service and here is my experience:

1. Their internet is super fast, I have 10 mb plan and the speedometer rarely comes down from 10 mb.
2. I didn't find the service reliable though, frequent disconnection.
3. They have one customer care number and their IVR sucks. It asks you to stay on line and then, without asking anything, it says 'we have not received any input'.
4. Not sure how many lines do they have for customer care as it takes time to get through with all the crap mentioned in step 3.
I have been disconnected twice while logging in and typing this. Though I have been told that this is a known issue and they are working on it..
