Need suggestion for buying wifi router for BBNL broadband

Dear All, I am planning to buy wifi router for home use, Can you please recommend me best possible router..But it should meet following requirement...
1) Should have range to cover 3bhk
2) it should be compatible with brondband BBNL(Bharat Broadband Network Limited), Airtel and BSNL
3) it should cost within 1000Rs(1K)
4) how about going for Cisco wifi router
