I live in Kondhwa, and I am having very bad network coverage for 3g in Kondhwa pune. I have network if I switch my phone to 2g network. As soon as I switch over to 3g, I am not able to access the network at all. I cant make / receive calls when on 3g network. I have been complaining about this to the customer care since 1.5 years and haven't received any resolutions yet. Every time they close the complaint saying that the issue would be resolved in some days or end of this month. But it never gets resolved.
One of the server complaint numbers I raised are as below.

Have others seen such issue in Kondhwa, or other places in Pune?
