Sales people will blatantly lie day upon day and holler over phone like the goons they are.
Customer care executives will not have a clue about anything and still make fake promises.
As customers you will be stuck; as you would have already paid advance rental+ ST upfront and end up wasting time chasing bunch of incompetent nincompoops.
