ACT local contact for Sahakarnagar

I have been calling ACT for the past 6 months trying to get a new connection at my place in Kodigehalli, Sahakarnagar. Each time met with a "We will inform you when the connection is available", although there are a few users in the area and the Junction box has no free ports.

I am posting this here since i see ACT representatives active on the site. I am willing to pay additional charges for a new junction box if necessary. Since this affects my work, i can even go to the extent of paying for the Optical cables 🙂

PS: Could someone who has a connection in the area pass me the contact details of the local technician? I am tired of having to go through the call center of ACT each time. They have practically no information at all!!

I faced a similar problem, shifted to Sahakar Nagar, Kodigehalli road. I requested ACT to shift the connection on 1nov 2020. They took 8 days then said the connection is not feasible you have to pay 2100 for fiber net for a personal box. My neighbor living on floors above had a connection and told me that this is a trap, you can get a normal connection they had one. Several times request was closed and reopened after hours of fighting with customer care. I agreed to pay 2100 and raised the request again... still they are giving one excuse or the other.
The thing is the lineman has to do a certain no. of visits a day, not connections. So he puts some excuse and marks it as not feasible to get the day's quota done.

ACT has the worst service they never ever resolve any issues do not go with them.
