Bsnl Broadband Not Working!

Hey all i'm using BSNL broadband from about a year.It was working properly till 21 March.But from yesterday it's acting very strangely.It get's disconnected every 1 or 2 mins :angry: and what more their toll free support number is also not working.It keeps saying the line is busy. :angry: Atleast i was able to post this topic here.I'm living in dehradun.I need help. 🙁 I can't do most of my work and i can't download anything.🙁 Please help me..What can i do?

go to your local exchange and contact the head of broadband department and tell your problem or call the toll free no again

I've tried call toll free more than fifty times and it keeps saying "All the lines are busy." :angry:

Frnds i have the same problem also.but i got disconnected after 15 min usage.not only that my download speed reduced rapidly.I faced the same problem before 2 months and it automatically corrected.BSNL officials here dont know nothing abt it.so i was abt to surrunder my connection.Then from some other forum i got info that PPOE (or some thing like that) configuration of modem may correct this problem.Any info abt it?if it is true tell me pls how to activate it on my smartAX MT882 modem.Thanks in advance....
