Zoomcar appears to be facing some kind of cash crunch or liquidity issues, many users' refunds are delayed for months. My own refund for fuel expense was pending for 9 months (booking was in July 2020 and was supposed to get a refund of Rs 1000). Tried contacting support from their app but got zero updates, also you can talk to them over phone only for active bookings. They seem to have disabled all their phone numbers.

Anyway last night I tweeted about the delay in refund and within few hours got the refund 😅 On twitter there are many users waiting for refunds from 5k to 25k or more.

Yeah there was a thread on team bhp as well of people waiting for their refund.

I think only Revv is a decent option left for car hire.
