As a family member has been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis /chrons disease, if someone has materials of cookbooks related to it kindly share it via pm, there are numerous books on its diet and its hard to know which is best to work and most books are not free and are expensive, so if you have it and can share it please pm me.
It's a very painful disease and blood stools are very much part of it and that too 10 or more times a day, both diseases are sort of similar and its not confirmed which one the patient has but diets for both are same.
