MTNL Delhi Broadband Speed Issue

Hi guys,

I got an MTNL broadband connection in july this year and my plan is 512 kbps unlimited and since then I am getting only half the speed when i check it on mtnl delhi website. The data rate is set only 255 kbps and i think this is the cause for low speed. Please help me guys how to solve this problem.

Write to them asking to increase line rate.

They do not even reply back to my emails. And when I went MTNL office near my home, they just send someone to check the line and the lineman says it is fine. He only checks for any disturbance in line.

I mailed them a day before yesterday and this morning also on deadsl@bol.net.in mail address. But my speed is still the same.

This is stupid to ask, but have you attached a screenshot while emailing deadsl@bol.net.in. because mentioning the figures will do nothing.

Secondly, go to your exchange and talk directoly to SDO and make him understand the real problem, in case he does not understand ask him to call sever room people and tell them about the problem.
take that screenshots with you and never loose temper.
also could you please mention your area & exchange this will help us to make you contact the right person
