Tata Docomo such a big ass company PROMISES to give 8MBps of speed @1500 pm with a FUP of 160GB but gives only 3.2MBps.
What they do is take a long time to Install then,at the time of Installation they say you won't be getting speed more than 3.2..and leave you with a hope that you might get it after several months..and here I am after 5months later still no increase in Speed.
After making multiple complaints they say that an Engineer will visit you and he never does except for calling and saying 'SIR YOU CAN DISCONNECT IF YOU WANT".
After visiting the Head office the Head talks in a very F***ing Rude way and says you won't be getting Speed at all because there is not a 8MBps capacity in the DSLAM of your area because there are no Customers in your area and says why did you ever signed the ICR(Installation Complete Report).
Also sometimes the speed goes like a binary digit.The no. of distribution of speed of BSNL or anywhere is /10 and Docomo's is /20.
