You Broadband poor Internet Service provider

Hi All.

You broadband is poorest and horrible service provider. There customer executive are completely illeterate. They never provide the speed and service what is expected out of a normal service provider. Even i have been personally to there office in pune, but hardly any authorised person is ready to listen anything from customer.There internet gets down any time mentioning the reason that out cable is cut.

Please do not trust these you services. You will end loosing the money and your patience nothing else.

Their service has really deteriorated .. I am a customer since August 2011 and this month alone I have faced downtime of three days .. they are not even giving credit for the same as their email is bouncing back .. If things arent better soon I might just get rid of them ..
