Pathetic YOU broadband service in Pune , YOU 'sales' guys forget you after signing up , the YOU 'cable' guys then come to fix the cable which is usually left dangling from where it enters your house to your wi-if router they claim the YOU 'technicians' (who configure the router and come in next) would fix the wire and get rid of the dangling loops Enter the 'technical' guys who have no clue of fixing the dangling wires and claim that the 'cable' guys should be doing it , so the result is that you are left with a messy dangling connection setup ....apart from the lousy internet speed !!..good luck !!!
