Prayas speak to your cable provider. In Tilak Nagar, DEN services are run by Montoo Shah Cable.

DEN is a big headache...I took subscription for Rs 750 plan, paid cash to their agent on 22nd Jul 2015 & till today i.e. even after 6 days they have not recharged my account. Called 100 times to the agent & customer care but to no use...The agent stopped taking my calls so now I am stranded in between with no info about my payment...Pathetic...The worst service received till date from any service provider. Will not recommend anyone to go for it....WORST WORST WORST WORST WORST

Den boomband is pretty Good. Stable network and good speed. Been using it for almost a month now! 🙂

Den Boomband is good as long as you just need to surf the internet or watch youtube videos. If you need to connect to a Remote Desktop via Citrix that is when you start having issues. The connectivity is not consistent so at regular intervals you will see that your connection to the remote desktop hangs. This is a inbuilt issue with Den unlike in Airtel where the connection is stable and consistent.
Because of this I have airtel and den connection at home. Den for torrents and youtube and airtel for office work as airtel becomes too costly.

Where is this agent from? I am getting Den installed and the agent is from Ashok Vihar, Delhi. This agent called me after I requested Den helpline for a new connection.
Can I pay directly to Den for a new connection?
Go online and make payments. Not sure if you can do for fresh accounts, just check. The sales guys are most unreliable and not to be taken on sweet talk. All that matters to them is the days closing number.

I Den installed the connection in a day. Good prompt service. Now lets see how it performs on its broadband promises. I have taken this connection only to download torrents 24/7. If it performs according to its promised 1Mbps fup speed then I should be able to download 250GB a month.
