Reliance thunder 599 broadband plan

After making an application for bsnl broadband in bsnl and their non response to my application, i opted to go for reliance thunder broadband 599 which provides 1mbps unlimited whereas bsnl which provide 512kbps for 545 but my ques is i dont have reliance landline and they said in that case 600 installation charges extra, well that's fine for me and also i have modem router TP-Link model no td8817, so can any one tel how they provide broadband to me with this modem without landline?
Pls help asap
 
The line is still there. Only no phone is connected.

Td8817 won't work. Let reliance use their own modem.

omg !
I bought this modem just to get broadband connection, how could it work with bsnl and not with reliance?
 
I was able to connect to Reliance using the D-Link combo device. :-/

hmmmm pls help me, i have some ques,
1. Will i have to purchase another modem or its inclusive in plan?
2. When they come to fill the form how much i have to pay them?
3. Every month Do i have to pay them anything apart from 599(thunder price plan)+service tax(12.36%)?
 
They don't charge extra for modem so get the modem they give you. It's their headache.
