Can't access router page and having some disconnections

So recently I have had a few disconnections (adsl going off for a minute) so I thought maybe there might be some line problem, not a big deal since it has only happened twice in 5 days, but what I have noticed is around that time I couldn't access router page, websites are loading fine and downloading is pretty much normal, but can't access the router page, it last disconnected last night at 10:30 pm (12 hrs ago) but I still can't access the router page, what is going on?

just reset the router and see if the issue is resolved.
