Does Hathway Give 512 Kbps Unlm?

I don't mean 512 unlm only at night or in day etc I mean 24Hrs round the clock Unlimited??
 
I have asked them this at least half a dozen times (atleast in Chennai) as recently as a week ago & the answer is NO

if u apply for 1mpbs with hathway then u wont get more than 256 kpbs & when u wanna ask them for the explanation for slow speed, then they will give u jargon's of 1:4 crap & all that jazz.p.s. dont waste time with hath-f**k-way
 
^^ Each time I tell people the same thing. Bu they think I am fool.So people, go ahead and buy hathway and get stuck with horrible speeds. 😕
