Not able to charge my phone using brand new Power-Bank!!!

Snapdeal has finally got all ready for the replacement of my ordered product. Currently the price of that same product is less by Rs.91 to what I paid earlier. They have paid these Rs.91 to my SD Cash (they have also paid my courier expenses of returning the product i.e. Rs.205 in the SD Cash almost a week ago) and had shipped the order (replacement) today on 22nd of August 2014!!!! Now the total SD Cash is Rs.296 in my SD account. Atlast, after calling them numerous times and investing almost Rs.200 in phone calls to them they have finally done what must have been done a lot earlier.

I had already mentioned to SD replacement-concerned team that if the replacement doesn't work with my Nokia E5 (doesn't matter if the product works for any other mobile or even if the product is completely new and sealed-pack) then I would return the same to them again and would opt for the refund of the product as well as the total SD Cash accumulated in my SD account related to this transaction in my Bank Account and the SD executive had agreed to this condition of mine.

Fellow readers, please beware of these cheaters at Snapdeal, still unsure of what I would get this time. Goodbye to Snapdeal.

Hello friends,

I again committed a mistake by placing yet another order with SnapDeal (so stupid of me)!!! I had placed an order for a on-stick cookware, here goes the link http://www.snapdeal.com/product/nirali-nonstick-deep-kadhai-315/1707320115.

Everything went ultra smooth till I opened the received package. In the product description SD has mentioned about the 'Glass Lid" for this cookware but instead I received a Stainless Steel lid with it!!!! Depending on the prior experience of Power Bank I decided to speak directly to the manufacturer this time. The person informed me that the company surely supplies this particular product with a glass-lid. And he assured me that they would arrange for the glass-lid for me (they are connected directly to SD for selling their products, no vendor involved here) either by directly sending it to me or by sending any authorized-retailer's employee (from my city itself) at my address with the lid. He asked me to SMS my postal address to his personal mobile number too (which he gave me). It was 13th of August I had received the product and had a talk with this person from the company itself but nothing or no one came to my home till date. Today I called this person again on his mobile number but he didn't picked up the call after 3 tries.

I had also informed SD regarding this and they are more than ready to send me the replacement (OMG) but asked me to send them back the product I had received (Oh no.....not again)!!! I asked them to first send me the lid or complete and correct product then I will send back the wrong one (which was just too much for them I think). They replied they have certain rules which they need to follow (by the way no rule regarding time-limit for sending the replacement). I clearly rejected their proposal this time for the replacement.

I am just wondering how shameless a company could get with it's customers!!! I am totally dazed with it's effect.

Since the time Snapdeal started advertising and sponsoring regularly on television it's quality and customer-satisfaction has dropped drastically . Earlier SD used to be a perfect fit for online shopping with very reasonable online rates. But now it has lost, at least, my faith.

"Snapdeal.....have fun fooling customers, I am not going to be the one anymore"

Goodbye SnapDeal.....forever.

p.s.--- I am posting my experience here just in case to warn fellow readers of unethical practices implemented by online merchants in India. If this really helps someone then I would take it as a success in my effort.
