Just got a call from this number on my Idea Prepaid. Turned out to be some automated spam call about some contest. 😕 What kind of number is this? It is definitely a local number coz it started with 91.

Assuming that it would be for registered Telemarketing calls, aren't they violating DND norms by calling numbers registered with DND?

My Aircel sim is on roaming and as I have not registered for DND service, I am constantly receiving spam calls and messages. I tried calling 1909, but it disconnects automatically.

Can anybody tell me is there any way to register for DND while the SIM card is on roaming?
