Sick of MTNL's awful broadband,any ISP suggestions?

I've used to be a happy customer of Airtil.. until they put Fair usage policy... that forced me to switch to this MTNL.. their server is pathetic... it is unreliable it disconnects frequently at night to the point that i'm considering to get a new ISP.

I've checked reliance,sify,hathway and they all seem to have decent packages without FUP should i go for it?

So which one should i go for ?? i don't want any FUP whatsoever,i just want an unlimited plan under 1000Rs.
 
all three are gambles. i would suggest trying them in this order:

reliance > hathway > sify
 
I am on Reliance. It works great for me. But you would find multitudes of people for whom Reliance sucks ass. It depends upon one city to another, one colony to another, and in some cases one house to another.

I particularly don't care much a bout the customer support as in India expecting good civil service is like expecting a double rainbow,i just want a connection that works and doesn't have that retarded FUP.

If it had to take a shot for every downtime MTNL has in one day i would in the hospital!
 
Delhi/Mumbai? Line stats? Have you diagnosed your connection issues? Describe your setup? Any parallel lines?

I never had any issues with Airtel for 5 years there's absolutely nothing wrong with my connection.

EDIT: wow Sify is shut down... and Hathway has FUP,looks like i really have no options now... reliance i guess? is there any other ISP in delhi which doesn't use FUP?
