Broadband Options in Gurgaon - Palam Vihar

Guys, I am currently on airtel 4mbps plan and moving to a Palam Vihar where airtel does not provide more than 2 mbps speed.

Could you suggest ISP options in Gurgaon which provide at least 4mbps. I am a heavy user with lot of video streaming, gaming and downloading.

On airtel I was paying 2500/month for a 80gb plan. A similar plan on BSNL (4mbps/200gb) is horrendously costly at 6300.

Quality of Service is of utmost importance and I've have no issues in last 4 years with airtel.
 
BSNL charge around 2500 for 175GB at 4mbps in Gurgaon. Reliance is another alternative at 1099+ taxes for 4mbps with no fup limit.
 
BSNL 175GB? Really? Looks like their site isn't updated then.

How is Tikona? Haven't heard good stuff about them.

The problem is not many ISPs have wired coverage this side of the highway.

You probably would not. Find a Reliance World around your place. Get the number of the local agent. Call him directly.

The number of the agent for my area is 95 55 541533. Maybe he can help. Call him in the morning and ask.
 

I guess that sucks. Try BSNL now. Considering it is inside your budget with better plan than Airtel. Apart from the fact that you would get 3.2mbps on their 4mbps line 😛
 
well. reliance is the same. you get 3.5mbps because the line speed is set at 4096kbps i believe. you can argue and try to get your line speed increased as i did initially... connectivity would become crap. speeds might reach closer to 4mbps. but the fact remains, airtel still does a good job giving 4mbps+ on 4mbps connections.
 
Thundernet is worst internet service provider. They simply want to sell the chinese make crappy modems and take advance from you. Thereafter the download speed gets worst and you are left with no option but to leave your job and keep arguing with their team. Worst internet service provider in Gurgaon is Thundernet - all fraud.
