hey, does anyone knows what are the current rates of pen-drive available in the market? someone told me that 2GB pen-drive is coming for less than 1k :blink: is it really true?

one of my friend came back from china last week. he bought 3 8GB pen drives. cost of each? 450 indian bucks. idiot could have bought more and sold them here. but he did not.
 
Yep ur right they r below 1k.i bought myself 2 weeks back one 2gb pendrive for rs 950 with bill...lifetime warranty...transcend one from nehru place.You wil d same price in almost evry shop in nehru place.now i hv herd its for rs850...my advice if u plan to go further in mean in price...then if u extend till 2k can get a external hard drive.
 
Anyone kwnows where to get for that price in mumbai??

oh bhai! 8gb pendrives!!!!!!!! that too for only 450 rs. these Chinese r way ahead of us! 🙁 (in some areas only though!) 😛
 
ok. got my friend a pen-drive today! B) 2 GB transcend at empire is Rs 770 (3-yr warranty). in other shops it for Rs 800.2GB kingston is costly. Rs 900 in nehru place (at empire-N.P. it's for Rs 925) - (5-yr warranty)
 
Yeah, A friend of mine got a 4GB Kingston Pendrive from Nehru Place for Rs. 1800. Last year, 1 GB ones were priced at 1800. So its 4 times cheaper this year.

can you please tell me the brand (if any) of the chinese pen-drives ur friend bought(8GB ones). are they working fine?(chinese maal ka pata nahi hota! :lol: )
In NP the maximum available size is 4GB only.
i am going to try finding 8GB chinese drives B) in pallika bazaar!
 
😀the funny thing is that the pen drive worked just one freaking time!now, windows show it as unformatted drive. 😀it's branded Sony 😀 another funny thing.
 
u mean all the 3 pen-drives gone waste??? 😱 man is this real??? :wacko:
