Airtel To Spectranet!!!

I am planning to switch from airtel to spectranet because airtel sucks they more than 15% extra data than i actually use so i want to know how is spectranet? does they throttle utorrent speed or not? planing of taking spectranet joy plan...what is the carry forward volume? does speed fluctuates? For New Delhi
