Tata docomo dive 3G internet connection problem

My no is 8149720635. I am using docomo dive 3g for internet. Signal shows high speed but when I surf the internet it does not connect this is really disappointing. Downloading works well. Please someone look into it otherwise I need to change my sim to other service providers.

instead dive, I am using internet network connection for internet. I hope this will serve the 3G.

I think dive in is for internal wap service.
tata.docomo.internet APN is for browsing internet.
