I had this similar issue with Vodafone at home.
I have a postpaid number, my sister prepaid. My phone used to work normally at office but at home I used to have full coverage but with these issues.
Initially incoming calls were not working, and later outgoing too. Had to threaten Vodafone with disconnection to get this matter resolved. They never mentioned reason for this issue. Thankfully it was just 4 days incoming and 3 days incoming and outgoing issue for me.
