Pathetic customer service, and cable disconnection - five times in a month

My subscriber ID is 10679924, I'm absolutely appalled at the level of customer service that exists at ACT Broadband.....To cut a long story short, I've experienced disconnection(five times in a month) and every time I try to connect with the customer service help desk, I'm given a time by which the service person would show up and then nothing happens....and the next day I receive an SMS that the complaint has been rectified....Currently after paying nine thousand rupees for six months, I'm sitting without internet connection for more than two weeks now.....when I called the customer service now and told them that if you don't fix this within tomorrow you can please cancel the connection....guess what the response what...sir, please go for cancellation!! And by the way, the nodal officers don't bother to respond or do anything...I've written ten emails until now in this regard and nothing happens. I'm now waiting to see how I can get out of this mess....
