Incoherent Poster
Currently using an old HP 5610. The cartridges seem to have become super expensive lately. HP 27/28 Combo-pack Ink Cartridges - HP: Flipkart.com
Thinking of getting a new printer. Had a look at the in-house IBF printer, HP 3545, but I'm not sure about the cartridge costs? I do print quite a bit during college season.

The refill ink costs 450 and is said to last for 1000 prints. I can live without the cloud features, only downside I see is that its a monochrome printer.
What do you guys suggest? Budget is around 6k. Need basic printing and scanning functions. Everything else is an added bonus.
