Tata Docomo Broadband 2mbps without FUP

Hi I am planning to book Tata docomo broadband...........could someone shed some light on Tata Docomo wireline broadband which claims 2mbps without FUP under their Limitless plans for Rs.1499+tax p/m.
Has anyone from Chennai or any circle using this plan.......If yes please respond for the following
1. How good is their speed ?
2. Downtimes ?
3. Is it truly NOFUP plan ?

Just got the connection. Speed is stable in IDM 250-260 KBps and torrent 240 -250 KBps

Finally relieved from pain in the a** FUP

I got this plan on 15th nov. Intially there was some hiccup. It used to run fine , but suddenly it used to die and remain so for few hours and start working again( auth error in thier vLan, few phone calls to cust care and whole issue was sorted out on 22th).
Now i am enjoying 2 mbps UL. No downtime . I was on BSNL 1445 plan too, but the FUP was PITA. So moved to this, pity we missed Tata Docomo double Dhamaka offer.

BTW, i got an free ADSL modem + router combo device with this connection(D-Link 2730U)

Hey, I'm planning to get this 2Mbps no FUP plan too.
What is the initial set up cost? 1 month advance rental?
