Essar confirms: Vodafone wins controlling stake in Hutchison Essar
India’s Essar Group has now confirmed in a statement that UK based Vodafone Group Plc has won the bid for the controlling stake in Hutchison Essar.

Awsome news! Just what I expected. Good thing that Hutchinson went out at this time.
 
I'm excited by Vodafone's arrival as well but credit should be given to Hutchison for turning Hutch into such a top brand. Quality service and super quality ads.
