Not able to view many any channels in Hathway Bangalore

Hi everyone,
From past day or two, I am not able to view many channels on Hathway Bangalore. The Error I get is "Set-Top Box is unable to receive a signal"
This started happening after a recent set top box update. I have a Skyworth Set top Box.
Channels include:
Zee Kannada, Star CJ, C-Bangalore, HS 18, Zee TV, 9Xm, 9XO etc. Sometimes these channels come up for a second or two, But then get the same error.
Can it be a problem with my set top box or Is anyone else facing the same problem ?

Looks like signal problem. Ask your cable operator.

yes, its problem of poor signals.. mostly a loose joint in the cable connections somewhere.. call up lco and ask them to fix it.. should work fine post that

Thanks Guys. It was indeed an issue with the LCO. I called him up and looks like it is now resolved.
