I'm hoping someone can help. I sent my cousin a Western Digital N750 router to replace the Beetel router that they are using with their Spectranet Success cable internet in Pune.
I'm not sure whether it is FTTH or something else, all I know is that the cable coming into their apartment is an Ethernet Cable, which they plug into the Beetel (which happens to be a 04177 according to the admin login).
My cousin asked Spectranet to swap out the MAC of the Beetel with the MAC of the WD Router. However, each devices which connects through the WD router is being asked for a "Registration" which didn't happen when they were using the Beetel.
Any ideas?
