I ordered food via Just Eat yesterday and here is my experience
Good:
1. I got 20% discount by applying a coupon (altough the discuount was applied only on the price of food and not on taxes)
2. I furter got 10% discount (on total amount, including taxes) for using PayUMoney.
3. I could order food from the comfort of my home with just few clicks on my computer

Bad:
1. Advertised time of delievery, for the restaurant I chose, was 45 minutes but it took JustEat 25 minutes to confirm my order than 1 hour by the restaurant to deliever food and I do not think 1hr 25 minutes is acceptable waiting time for food to arrive.
2. The delievery guy who came to deliever my food had no clue that my order was prepaid. I showed him the email but the bill in hand was of full amount the email I got from JustEat was for the amount they charged me and therefore two different amounts. The guy insisted that I should give a call to Just Eat call center so that he could confirm.
I will give them at least one more chance for the convinience they provide and if the time it takes food to reach me does not improve I will move on 🙂
 
I placed two orders using JustEat.in couple of days ago. One of the orders was for immediate delivery while I scheduled another one for lunch next day.

The order that was for intimidate delivery was processed and delivered with in 30 minutes (from personal experience I know that if I would have called the restaurant my self, it would have still taken them 30 minutes to deliver). 5/5 here.

They seems to have trouble processing the order that was scheduled for next day. They messaged me saying that I should call them regarding the order and they have put order on hold. I called them, they just wanted to check if the order was indeed for next day and I have not made any mistakes while placing the order. This would have been OK if I had to do it only one time but in 30 minutes I received the same message again and had to call them again.

Although my order was delivered in time the next day. 4/5 here.


Based on my experience, I will definitely use them again.
