Today I received this sms from HDFC -
HDFC Bank Service alert - Now you can shop at your favourite international sites such as Google Play, amazon.com & more with HDFC Bank Debit card ending *T & C.
I have HDFC mastercard international debit card.

I haven't checked after the sms.
Meanwhile I opened ICICI B2 acc and its ewallet works everywhere including paypal.
