Rs 128 or Rs 155 : Full confusion from aircel

Hi, Thanks to new limited / unlimited plans from aircel and the total inability to communicate with aircel customer care, It has ended up being very confusing for me...
Can anyone please guide me What is the differnce between both these plans?
Circle : Aircel Orissa
The aircel orissa website does not mention 128 plan, only the 155 plan. While the local stores insist on 128 plan.
More ever When I recharged for 155 and I checked my data balance using *126*6# , It shows "3g volume=0 and 2g=1024 mb"
any help regarding this confusion wil be appreciated..

128 - 30 Days - 1 GB 2G Data
133 - 30 Days - 1.25 GB 3G/2G Data (promo)
155 - 30 Days - 1 GB 3G/2G Data
193 - 30 days - 1.9GB 3G/2G Data + UL@64kbps (Promo)
198 - 30 days - 1.5GB 3G/2G Data

So whats the difference between 128 & 155 .... if both are going to give me 2g speeds :Boy Think:

155 will have 3G speeds and 128 will have 2G speeds

Well then why the OP has the data in 2g & @Chaibiskutbhai's posy has both 3g & 2g mentioned?
155 - 30 Days - 1 GB 3G/2G Data

Aircel has a few promo recharges that work only on their site. If you recharge that amount from Paytm or other site, it won't work
