Urgent Help Required

first off all mIRC has no connection to this topic....and yes i use it for file transfer..not for chat..

ya i also use it for file transfer man....i just wanted to know that is it necessary to have a dynamic ip to use with mIRC..?? i've read tht they can ban a specific ip..????and hey ... if sushubh allows....can u give me some good servers for it..??
