Slow Aircel 3g speed

I'm in Bengaluru. Up until a few weeks ago, I was getting very good 3g speeds. Then something changed and my phone would not connect to 3g anymore. I was using the aircelgprs APN at the time. I sent a request for the APN settings (sms PI to 121) and the settings I got has an APN named aircelwap. With this APN, the phone connects to 3g, but the speed is terrible. Speedtest shows 2.74 mbps download speed, but videos buffer constantly and websites take a while to open. There is a big disconnect between the Speedtest results and real world usage.

Any one have a similar experiences? Any ideas?

I am using aircelgprs.pr only and getting good speeds. Try dis
APN: aircelgprs.pr
Access Number: *99***1#
Username & Password : Keep blank
Authentication Type: normal
Proxy: Enable
Proxy address: 192.168.035.201
Port: 8081
Data Bearer: PACKET DATA
After saving these settings restart ur phone. Also try removing the SIM card and then again reconnect.

proxy, ip, n all other settings are irrelevant and auto picked now.

The aircelonline APN seems to be working for me, at least for now. Thanks for all the responses.
