Vpn Over Bsnl Broadband Connection

Hi,Im not an network engineer thats why facing problem.Is it possible to establish VPN connectivity with in 2(two) network on Broadband connection. Situation is like that we have 2 development centre and want to connect both of them using BSNL Broadband (B5000) plan with static IP. Let me explain in detail with e.g. current Situation is like this😛lace A & BA = B5000 with static IP B = B1200 dynamic IP When pinging from Place B to A (static IP) it gives "Request Time Out" and when pinging from place A to B it works fine.ThanksVivek

Do you have a router and/or a firewall on A? Also, you haven't given full network information (what routers are you using, are you port forwarding, where is your VPN server,etc.?).
