sify people bothering me

previously i had sify connection now i had bsnl broadband. but the sify people frequently calling to my telepone number and bothering me to renew the account even i told them number of times i don't want to continue now till then they are bothering me. is any one facing such type problems.

file a FIR, thats the right way to go about it.

change ur phone no in the account details

mamu log ko bol fir sa fone kiya toh uddhar aaka bajayega kaan ka necha....insult them to rock bottom............consumer court ki dhamki dena ...dar jayega decent log..lol

tell them ull fir against them

yah it helps .. i have done it from past 4 months 😛 so they wont call and bug me at end oof month for renewing package ... b4r i used to tell them i will renew after somedays and they use to bug me too much ... Now didnt heard anything from 4 months 😛

Even the way of entering/changing phone number in the profile section is do darn buggy, it doesn't work if you don't enter a second phone number, just doesn't accept it when you press the submit button without a second number. Is it a necessity that everyone will have 2 phone mumbers? Also during registering my account i had put different numbers in the 1st and 2nd phone numbers. Now it's common sense that they should call at the first phone number because that's my personal number, but no, Sify is such a total moron in everything it does that Sify people always call on the second number which was my parents' and bug them :-|. Now I have put my personal number in both the 1st and 2nd number fields. Takes care of both the problems hehe.
