Very bad speeds on In2Cable

I have been using In2cable services here in Bangalore, Kumarswamy Layout area. I have taken 50GB 15Mbps connection.
However the sad part is I have never seen anything near to 15Mbps nor even close to '10' for that matter. In the night i get around 1Mbps and its gets bad with frequent disconnection.
Anybody here who face the same issues? Can somebody from In2cable look into this.?

I have a 15Mbps connection

Very poor result for 15mbps connection . You should quickly contact the provider and show him the result and ask for a compensation or something or atleast ask him to quickly resolve the issue .
You are not even getting 80% of promised speed which is mandatory.
