W8961 doesnt have USB , but MR3420 has USB
i opted for MR3420 since i wont be using landline connection in near future
if u are using landline and will continue that go for W8961
booting time is approx 1-2 mins , when router and laptop both are switched on , laptop boots with internet connection
this should tell how fast it boots
