BSNL New Plans 4 mbps Speed Test (AP Circle)

So as today is 1st Feb 2014, BSNL have upgraded all the plans for AP Circle
I am on 650 UL plans which gave me 2 mbps UL till 10 GB and then 512 kbps after FUP
Now they have revised to 4 mbps till 25 GB and then 1 mbps after FUP
Getting decent pings however speed is ok

You must feel yourself gifted to be in AP. Hoping to get similar post FUP speeds here soon. India needs Beam in every city for other ISPs to improve service.
