Yes, but they are not any TATA or Reliance with any clout in the media or the government. Why would newspapers/publications be reluctant to publish customers' complaints in some report which could be for eg. about the bad state of home net access for people in India.

possibly because the news isnt hot enough. now if a CElebrity was being tootied on by sify... then front page on mid-day dudes. we have to dig some more crap on this. so keep diggin. am compiling a report on sify myself. the i.express is interested. any feedback or help appreciated. thnx.
