After logging in to the portal and clicking "Service Records", I am getting the message,Sorry. Operation timed out. For safety, please log in again.For the past few days this same thing 🙁What is happening? Nothing is going right for the past week or so...

have u been upgraded to 2 mbps speed???if yes, that may be causing the problem...

What do u mean by upgraded to 2 mbps ? How to upgrade for that ? I thought 2 mbps will be automatically provided..

use the following link:

and try it in firefox....
i had the same problem when i used chrome... but firefox solved it...!
