Well I saw the same prices in CNBC Awaaz channel, the news was scrolling yesterday.
 
I dont have a doubt about Reliance launching cheap plans. They can do it. However till its not from company official source I won't believe it.

It can be sooner. I don't think reliance PR machinery would be working now and executives giving sound bites for a product which is year away from launch.

Not just that. Then, he had to create a market. Now he has a market, he has to fight competition.
